This new testimony needs a definition of farmer’s life and their conditions. A farmer is the backbone of the indian economy, where they are still viewed in a narrow and limited ideology. There is a need to change and revolutionize the mindset and mentality.

There a illusory views on the farmer’s as “poor farmer’s” and these ideas need a change where the farmer’s can be referred to as rich farmer’s who are encapsulated with knowledge and literate enough to change their condition with their available resources and land.

They are not ignorant anymore, are aware of their significant rights and are capable of bringing about new reformative changes in the legislative orders as well, and in the mindset of the population, which views farmer’s as mere cultivators and belonging to a poor family and dependent labourers.

A few of the main points being raised by Mr. Harisharan Devgan in the recent interview are the agricultural budget, which needs to be redesigned, and water harvesting needs to be revamped. In Mr. Devgan’s view, every farmer is capable of transforming his life. And the government is here to make them realise their potential. The economic growth and farmer growth need to be maintained and balanced, as there is a need to build a suitable cold storage system to reduce the wastage of agricultural food.

There is an inclusion of smart farming in the agricultural practices and technical formulation. If we circulate these strategies and channelise them, then there will be the top 3 developed farming countries in the future.

Farmer’s protest in the form of farmer’s protest is a basic right, and the farmer’s in this make in India. New technologies are needed for farmer’s; many technologies are needed to import as compared to other developed countries’ agricultural systems. A robotic farming system needs to be included, and agricultural drones need to be reintroduced to reform the farming system.

The teaching of the farmer’s is needed by the agricultural ministry. Farmer’s need a modern agricultural reform in the techniques and methodologies. There is a need for economic revival through agricultural reform in the cultivational sector.

For changing the aforesaid reform, we need to bring practical changes in the field; new, revitalising changes are needed.

The rallies and silent protests by the farmer’s are needed to awaken the government and challenge its policies is a basic right of the farmer’s, which they inherited from the very beginning.

According to these views, a scam, especially in respect of the khalistani revolt, which disturbed and disrupted the very fabric of Indian nationhood and challenged the democratic secular notion of the constitution.

The opposition party had politicized the entire dogma of indian nationalism, where the economic barriers of the country have been declared as dead economy, thus, challenging the nation-building perspective. The nation is progressing, but the farmer’s are still lacking the basic amenities and technicalities to confront the world’s agricultural challenges.

Farmer’s protest in India are the basis of the Indian nationhood principles, which state that the government is lacking the support they need to offer to the farmer’s, like drones, fertilizers, machinery, resources, money, and tractors. So, there is a huge aspect of farmer suicide where they are being dragged into ignorance and are living in deprived conditions.

Mr. Devgan has faced many big challenges in the realm of farming; his hard work is reflected in his patience, dedication, decision, and perspective. The way a farmer leader monitors and channelises the team of farmer’s is showcased and explained in his work, and the measures taken by him during his entire life journey.

Mr. Devgan’s recent interview revealed the role of a futuristic farmer leader and his absolute presence at the grassroots level. This role as a political farmer with a great vision and workmanship is seen as a boon for the Indian agricultural periphery.

He wishes that every farmer gets to share their views on the prevailing agro-economic conditions and their zeal to come out of the stagnation. These events testified to his leadership in modern agriculture and bridging the gap between the policies and practices.
